All in all had real good experience in the winter time.

The location was indeed favourable and absolutely perfect, just next door to the center, and the shopping mall and a bus station. Plus it was located near public transport stations. Ordered some food, it was great, we appreciated coffee and tea for breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at a modern and spacious room with a loft feeling. the room came with a small lodge and was fully soundproof, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. the staff at Avangarda Suites were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the powerful air conditioning kept us cool throughout our stay, and we had the added bonus of enjoying a nice meal at the restaurant located in the same building. Plus, there was a cool beer bar nearby for us to unwind after a long day of exploring. the great gym on the ground floor was an added bonus, perfect for those looking to stay active during their vacation. And with a shopping mall and other bars and restaurants nearby, there was never a dull moment during our stay. We even tried out the traditional restaurant called EAT MEAT and loved it! Avangarda Suites provided the perfect place for us to have a training vacation.

Excellant apartment with everything we needed for our real good stay in the winter time. It had a favourable and ideal setting adjacent to Belgrade and the arena Stark.

All in all, it is ideal place for staying in Belgrade.

I chose this hotel in Novi Beograd for its convenient location. The nearby bus stops made it easy to explore the city using Google Maps. Additionally, the hotel is close to a Mercator shopping center where I could purchase a public transport card. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and good Wi-Fi speed. The receptionist, Miljana, was friendly and helpful. The breakfast at Dolly Bell restaurant was delicious, and the price was affordable.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

location bad, hotel can hardly be found. no signs. no own parking place, we were afraid because of the surroundings, car was not safe.

everything is top. except that it hasn't been cleaned sooooo well. otherwise: top location. downstairs café bar with very fine food: dolly bell. recommended!. super 2 days.

The rooms are very spacious, perfect for families. The gym on the ground floor is great for fitness enthusiasts. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is conveniently near a shopping mall and a fantastic bar and restaurant called EAT MEAT. It's an ideal place for a training vacation.

the concept and decoration of the room

access more than average, through a fitness room. no individual access, no privacy. creepy corridors. Fridge is useless, and no equipment (no glasses for example).
